Upon graduation from Northeast Louisiana University, Lance obtained his B.S. of Physician Assistant from Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1998. Lance served as a managing partner for community medical practices with four locations in the underserved areas of East Central Louisiana.
